Dr Meheret Ayenew, Nega Wube, and Tsedey Mekonnen conducted research and wrote this policy brief on the relationship between people and parliamentarians in Ethiopia. Ayenew et al here makes a number of recommendations to Parliament about how it might secure the democratic future of the country, by focusing its efforts on developing and sustaining inclusive, participatory decision-making.
